We originated three loans totaling approximately $75 million and closed an additional $24 million loan in July. We also received more than $85 million of repayment proceeds, including the full repayment of a $26.5 million office loan, further reducing our exposure to the sector. Our portfolio remains fully performing, with a risk rating of 2.9 and no realized losses to date.
