Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. – July 29, 2026 – PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) today reported net income of $22 million, or $0.41 in diluted earnings per share (EPS), on total net revenues of $497 million for the second quarter of 2026. Adjusted net income was $74 million, or $1.39 in adjusted diluted EPS, on adjusted net revenues of $566 million 1 . PFSI’s Board of Directors declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.30 per share, payable on August 27, 2026, to common stockholders of record as of August 17, 2026.
