(NYSE: OOMA), a provider of advanced communications services for businesses and consumers, today released financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended July 31, 2026. Second Quarter Fiscal 2027 Financial Highlights: • Revenue : Total revenue was $83.2 million, up 25% year-over-year. Subscription and services revenue increased to $75.6 million from $61.1 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2026, and was 91% of total revenue, primarily driven by the growth of Ooma Business, including the December 2025 acquisitions of FluentStream and Phone.com. • Net Income : GAAP net income was $3.0 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, compared to GAAP net income of $1.3 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, in the second quarter of fi...
