Production The company’s worldwide net oil-equivalent production in the first six months of 2026 averaged 3.97 million barrels per day, up 18 percent from a year ago due to the acquisition of Hess and growth in the Permian Basin and the Gulf of America. About 17 percent of the company’s net oil-equivalent production in the first six months of 2026 occurred in the OPEC+ member countries of Equatorial Guinea, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Nigeria, and the Partitioned Zone between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
