REPORTS SECOND QUARTER EARNINGS PER SHARE OF $1.10 Commerce Bancshares, Inc. announced earnings of $1.10 per share for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared to $1.09 per share in the same quarter last year and $.96 per share in the first quarter of 2026. Net income for the second quarter of 2026 amounted to $159.8 million, compared to $152.5 million in the second quarter of 2025 and $141.6 million in the prior quarter. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, earnings per share totaled $2.06 compared to $2.02 for the first six months of 2025.
